Through the website forms, we process the data you provide (name, email, and phone number; in the valuation form, we also collect vehicle details and any attached photographs). The purpose is to respond to your inquiry, provide you with information about our vehicles and services, and, if requested, prepare the valuation or sale of your car.

Legitimation

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form.

Recipients

The data is sent to the company's email address (info@sbautos.es) and is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. No international transfers are made.

Conservation

The data is kept for the time necessary to manage your query and, where applicable, the operation carried out, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods.

Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@sbautos.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
